Corumbá, Brazil

Have come to Corumba to visit the Embrapa Institute and to meet coati researchers with whom I'll head into Pantanal tomorrow. Corumba seems on first impressions like a classic border town with more history than charm. it's cold too. The winter wind from the south is bringing a chilling front through. Brrrrrr...zil at the moment

Leti and the gang are at home in Ubatuba. This is the view for sundowners by the sea a few blocks from our house. Looking forward to getting back there next week.
