Firstly, good luck on Tuesday Ad, hope it all goes well for you and you get promoted above your loser boss (i hope she doesn't read this!!) Secondly, everyone say happy birthday to you to my sister (Kirsty for those of you who don't know her) as it's her 18th on Thursday (there's a little surprise on it's way to you Kirst - Dad knows about it but sorry if it's a bit late - will call you on Thurs so don't be drunk!!)

Didn't go elephant riding in the end as i fell asleep and forgot to book it in time so will be saving that experience for later on in Thailand! so no worries Em - no casualty/thai hospital visits for me - shame really as i was looking forward to flying in a helicopter if i broke my neck!! (just joking) and no mysteries solved just yet but this whole place stinks of it so i have a feeling that the mystery isn't too far from being solved!

Danny is being lazy this evening and isn't going to write you all a message, i'm pretty sure he's saving up his insults for a really good message so beware all of you!

Not much to tell you at the moment. We're back in lovely Bangkok so we're passing the time being lazy! we've found out about a huge shopping centre (unfortunately no Topshop) so we're going to head there tomorrow. Don't worry Sandra - not on a motorbike!

Forgot to tell you all that when we were in Cambodia it was the Asian new Year. They have a whole weekend celebration in which pretty much the whole continent gets involved in a huge water fight!! was so cool as we'd be walking down the road quite innocently until a Cambodian kid gave us a naughty stare and threw water bombs at us!! and none of them would tell us where to get them from! but some were nice and gave us filled ones to throw back at them! was loads of fun! have a pretty funny story involving a pickup truck, flour and buckets of water (on the same night as the shrimp!) but words are failing me today!

Anyway, best go, i think we're going to get some chocolate!!!

PHEW back on an english keyboard thats better! how are you both? did the elephant ride go to plan (no c-spine injuries I hope!) well I'm back from sunny Lourdes had a fantastic but completely exhausting time- and yes managed to stay well for the whole week...lived on a diet of carrot and tomato I actually think i have a strange orange tinge to me I've eaten that much. Had a fantastic eve of fire works while we were away very very impressive will try and send you the video in an e-mail!- took the kids up to a snow station had them sliding down a slope on tobogans only problem was they were not that far away from a sheer drop (heart in mouth and all that!)
The coach back to the airport was crazy the delightful french bus driver managed to knock flat a pay and display box and a no entry sign! mum and lou were heros at the airport they discovered that our plane was being directed to the wrong terminal and informed the staff who then had to redirect the plane and draft in more staff and equipment to deal with the 700 people flyng into T2 that they weren't expecting it was crazy!
So i'm now home catching up on you two eating loads of chocolate and making myself feel sick! back at work tomorrow for my last week of days then the nights begin! so be prepared for some grumpy messages! Oh and Dan so glad you didn't get stuck in NO MANS! land it's called that for a reason you know, glad to hear you're trying the great food jode you're soooo brave! have you found the answer to your great mystery yet jode!(you know where does........ I wont embarrass you! but where does it come from hee hee!)

Hi-di-li-ho campers!! Me and dave are playing poker online, instead of goin spoons to touch girls, the gambling addiction has more appeal when you can do so in your underpants. The food sounds nice though, better than the rubbish Dave is serving me. If you get bored Saky, you could make a sand castle of Minas Tirith and pretend you are Legolas, get a photo though? and Jode you can just bury him in sand and make him think the crocodile has eaten his legs?
