One word to sum up my experience so far = Amazing! The field station I'm staying at is very nice and the people are great! Surprisingly, my cabin here is cleaner than the Hilo house. Go figure. Seeing the cities.... Today I toured the town of Alajuela, which is where my hotel is. It took about an hour to see everything. No Joke. So I'm leaving in the morning. Anyone I've talked to lately will probably already know how much I HATE flying! I'm not looking forward to the flight.
