Hi Friend, I'm really enjoying your pictures and stories! Last week was spring break and i was thinkining about you and our NC adventure :) I didn't go anywhere this year but definitely enjoyed the quiet! I'm rooting for the Lady Terps in your absence. There was a Res Hall challenge a few weeks ago and Ellicott won the grand prize! Have a blast and know that I think of you often :)

Hey Jason. We just connected with folks at NASPA a few weeks ago and missed seeing you there. Looking at your pictures, however, tells me that you were probably enjoying a better climate. It was FREEZING in Seattle (it snowed), which we Cali people are not as used to (anymore) :). Simon and I finally had a chance to connect with people who will be sailing with us in summer, which was amazing. We talked about the potential changes to our positions and the SAS program. It really made the trip more tangible. It's crazy because time is flying by and we are already starting to plan for our absence from our positions to prepare for the voyage. Reading your stories and seeing your pictures is making me more and more excited. I am glad you are exploring and reflecting with each port that you visit. Take care of yourself and look forward to seeing/reading more. Hugs.

It sucks that Maryland lost but I got Memphis in the Final Four.
Also, have you seen this prank at the Comcast Center? I might be a little late to this party:

BTW - Not sure what happened with the last post. Can you delete it?

Frolicking on white sandy beaches, snorkeling in clear water, and clubbing til 2am?Aren't you supposed to be working on this trip? So, is this the part of the trip you start packing on the pounds? :)

Cha,
I'm excited that you're having a great time on SAS. We certainly missed you at NASPA this year. You'll be happy to know that Maryland beat NC State last night and destroyed Wake tonight to advance to the semifinals of the ACC tournament. I'm clearly disappointed given that it is now likely that NC State may not even make it to the NIT. NASPA and Seattle was great, though I have lost my voice and am digging out from email after having been gone for a week. The weather was unpredictable, as could be expected in Seattle, sunny, snowy, rainy, haily, etc. Ian made an impromptu 31 hour visit to Seattle on Saturday, partied the night away and left late Sunday afternoon. I got tot hang out a bit with Randy and Garrett and of course, you were the missing element for a good round f Charean Poker. All is well here in St. Louis. Things are bust but I feel a bit more settled. I'll do my best to keep you posted of the March Madness happenings. I don't know how much access to tv you have. Take care and safe travels.
