Well finally made it to Byron Bay! Im just trying to think of the bast way to describe this place. Its very funky and arty, full of hippies lol. The hostel is nice, in a 6 dorm with three other guys, two didn't really speak to us, the other one was from England and he was a bit of idiot, saw himself as a posh back packer and was gonna tour round oz in a private plane! He Wishes! Beaches are fab if not a bit windy, im sure i take home half of the beach in my hair. They have thses cool cocktails which are cheap an come in a jam jar, although after a couple you get a bit sick of them. We spent of our time chillin out and relaxing, its a very easy going pace in Byron Bay. Moved on to Surfers Paradise, which is not to be missed, love it here, its touristy but the shops are great and there are lots of attractions to see. On our first day there, we went to haunted house. Very scary, there times when we were just walking through pitch black and things would touch you lots of screaming involved! One part of it was like a horror movie in a butchers shop with fake blood every where! Had to then take some time and relax at the beach of course to prepare our selves for Warner Brothers Movie World! This place was hugh, lots of scary rides which of course i didnt go on, however, the girls were going a ghoust ride and i decided to join them, big mistake it was probably tame for them but it went backwards and had dips in it, i found horrendous an had sore throat afterwards! Same a stunt driver show which was brill, and very excitin. Went to another attraction called Infinity, which of laser lights and sensory things, its very hard to explain but it was cool, however was slightly spoiled by the drunk aussies that went in before us grr! Went the only Hard Rock Cafe in australia, my first experience of this an i have so say i throughly enjoyed it! Moving on to Brisbane next, the hostel we are ataying is called Banana Benders! well it was either that or the yellow submarine!
