We were so disappointed our bike tour was cancelled because of rain ... but it DID rain all day!!!

Firstly we went the Imperial Palace .. splashing through the rain getting drenched!!! It is really pretty though!! Splashed back to Tokyo Station - that is so big!! Walked thru a million subways until we found the one we wanted ... made our way to Odaiba via monorail. Decided as its a wet, cold day we should visit a bath house!!! So Oedo Onsen Monogatari sounded perfect!!! Lol!!! No sooner had we undressed and slipped into our Yukatas (gowns) and they were whisked off again and we were scrubbing ourselves clean in a common bath/shower area with a heap of naked Japanese women ... yep we were the only westerners!!! with only a small face washer for modesty purposes we went from hot pool inside to hot tubs outside in a garden stream setting - men and women are separated!!! There is even a hot stream to walk in!!
We opted for the extra ... an all over body scrub that took a few layers of skin off followed by a head wash!!! Lots of laughs and not a bad way to spend an afternoon in Tokyo!!!

Played it safe for dinner - Italian next to our hotel!! Whimps .. we know!! :))
