hey everyone sorry it has been a few days we have been pretty busy. on wednesday we went to the drum market, yes garrett i got you a drum the same size as mine at home. that was crazy people shoving drums in your face left and right i did a good job at batering though chris!

yesterday we drove to Abomay to visit a museum. on the way there i was convienced that i would not see tomorrow, they dont exactly have a great road structure nor do they stay on one side of the road: pretty much it is a free for all and of you are passing someone you honk so they dont side swipe you. lets just say it not for the faint at heart. by the time we got back yesterday i had the warning signs if carbon monoxide poisening and dehydration due to the fact that there were no bathrooms to stop at along the way so i didnt want to have to pee. they do have emissions here AT ALL i am pretty sure they mix gas and oil together coupled with the fact that everyone is gunning it everywhere they go.

today we went to a parade for the independence day here also the voting day we quickly found out but all was well and we were safely returned to the songahi centre.

the international phone i broken here so that is why i havent called home and i investigated a pay phone on the street but decided it was probably safer to just email.

chris have fun at i wish i could be there. i love you and cant wait for my surprise i have something for you too.

mom dad i miss you so much i am starting to miss home but i am definatly getting an experience out of this. also there is a blog posted from the class posted by the professors and the students with pictures the address is i will post it next blog i am trying to open my email but it is taking forever!

callie and chris keller be glad you are not a parent here that is all i have to say and give you little munchkin a kiss for me k
