I NEED EVERYBODY TO KEEP ST JUDE IN YOUR PRAYERS!!!! Last night the skies opened up in the form of hurricane storm rains....Which in turn completely damaged Usa River Campus. The genius who built the school did not take into consideration the idea of drainage, so when water cant go anywhere what do you think happens. Similar to Katrina.......The campus is surrounded by a lovely cement and to much pressure caused it all to collapse. The office flooded in about 2 feet of water, all the classroom furniture ruined and the list goes on. So pretty mush our lovely new campus is completely ruined. But such is life in Africa, especially when you have winners building your $10 million dollar new campus. J And on top of it Gemma (our director/founder) had a beautiful baby girl yesterday-just add a little more stress to her life! So if you could please keep us all in your prayers, I would appreciate that very much. Why is it that set backs and hardships happen to those who are trying so hard to bring only good to the world. I think it is a test and I know we will all pull through. Its just a little damage right, lucky for us all our children our on a 2 week break. I am thanking God that the 100 children that board at Usa were home and not at school.
