Hello everybody, so it's day 5 here in New York! as we said we went to the Empire State building and the views were amazing (although the queue was not!!and bags searched again...bloody Americans!), we got to the 86th floor and my god that was high!got to see all round the city and it really is an amazing city! We walked along 5th avenue later on and got to see all the wicked shops like Maceys and Victoria's Secret (just for you Marisa!), went for lunch in Madison Square gardens and it was bloody hot! gonna be sunburnt soon..although Liz is geeting there!

Fri took the very long subway ride out to Coney Island. Unfortunately not everthing was open as not quite in season yet but still quite exciting to see a beach and boardwalk - and yes we were singing that song all day long! Went to the aquarium and we pulled a male, we did share the same one but we didn't mind. Got a snog out of it each too! Ok, we admit it was only from a sealion but still....!!! Had a typical hotdog lunch and a massive ice cream that actually defeated us both. Trip home eventful. Managed to not realise we were on an express train so went shooting past our stop. Then to make matters worse we decided to do it not only once but twice and went shooting past back the other way. Ended up changing trains about three times when we probably could have just walked it quicker!

Today we thought we'd do a bit of culture and went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Took the scenic route and walked through central park to get there but the park had been invaded by literally thousands of people on a sponsored walk. Just to bore you all  (except Stan, Natalie and Gemma) we went to see the ancient Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Persian etc artifacts. We did get rather excitable I must say! Spent a good afternoon there immersed in the history - we know losers!!!! Tonight we are going to Times Square and a theme restaurant based on outer space or something - interesting! Hope all you guys are alright and missing us loads and loads. We may put up pictures eventually if we find a computer that can do it put until then don't forget what we look like and be in touch.
