so i went in to Auckland today to meet Bridget for a sandwich, then i went for a walk along the water front, the sea is such a nice green colour here!

then i went up the sky tower! taller than the eiffle tower - and i wet myself (not literaly, althoug i was close). the tower itself was managable, had lots of glass bits on teh floor i just avoided, gorgeous views, but the lift itself has a glass panel int eh floor you can stand on, and glass windows in the doors, so you see where you're going as you go up - that was the worst feeling in teh world! but once up there i was ok.

Also, people were bungee-ing off it, so i took lots of photo's! Stupid people!

very excitd to start my tour and have peopeto share my views etc. with, but enjoying the normality of being at Bridgets just now - i never realsedAuckland was so watery and so volcanic - i watched a film about it all, very interesting as i never knew! i'll teach you all about it when i get back! xx
