Day one of the trip over....nearly!
Up at teh very north and spent some pennies but well worth it! went out to swim with dolphins today, sadly couldn't swimwith them as the only pod we got were with babies, but we saw loads right beside us, and we got to lie on the front of the bus with our heads hanging over with them below us. got loads of photos but mostly of fins! so that's my main activity for NZ done! and it only cost about 30 pounds for 4 hour boat trip, so all good. tomorrow we go to very north and do sand boarding etc.

gone and bought some bread and banana's to save money. i was third on the bus, the first two were a couple from glasgow! so straight away i made firends and they invited me to ask to be in the same dorm etc. so we're sharing make up etc. so all good, but i think they're going to change routes in a couple days and do other stuff, but a good start!

right, got a BBQ tonight - two beers, BBQ with tattie, salad, steak and sausage for $12...4 pounds! bargain! really want cider though.... i'll ask.

right, better go, please pass my birthday hugs to mum, going to call her when she wakes up but not as good as a hug, Kailyn, i'm putting you incharge of the huggage!
