On the Wednesday evening we were travelling back to Sydney from Phillip Island 5th September 2012 I got a lovely message from Michelle (manager) saying 'Jenny you are working tomorrow night, Friday night and on Saturday Gary and you will work the night shift, this will be your last shift. Monday 3rd September up at 5am to start our journey to Phillip Island, 5.30am we left our nice, warm, cosy flat and walked up to Bondi Junction for our 6am bus to Sydney airport, about an hour journey. The next chapter of Sydney is much the same working full-time and spending Saturday mornings and Sundays to do our exploring. Its 10 weeks today since we left the UK so thought would be good time to update you all on our lives here in Sydney.
