James, Liz, Edward and Diane do Africa
Well, here we are...today's lift-off!
Packing last night was full of fun, with twice as much going in as any of us needs, this despite reducing by half the prospective packing...
The cab collects Liz and Edward at 12:30 and Diane and James at 1pm (just in case we're late for the 6pm flight) Mind you, even though none of us likes to be late for anything this may be a form of bizarre multiplication of compulsions.
First stop: Johannesburg. It's 32 degrees C there today and not even the milky sunshine of an early Spring day can take the gloss from that! Looking forward to the second flight, minibus and boat trip that will trake us to Mowana Lodge in Kasane (Where it's 33 degrees C today!)
See you all soon!
