On the way to Swellendam through the Franschhoek Pass we are stopped from going any further by a chap from a film company - They are shooting the launch video for the new BMW. We later pass the film crew & the car - which is carefully concealed underneath tarpaulins.

I hate the word "awesome" but the views around here are just that!

We may not able to afford to stay at LQF these days but a bottle of locally produced fizz costs the same as a few pints in the UK.

Maison Chablis, Berg St. Another great find - right next door to Le Quartier Francais where we've stayed on previous visits but nowhere near as expensive and very luxurious. Possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The sun in up, breakfast soon .... I'm just waiting for WH to exit the bathroom. Today we're off to Swellendam which is about 150km away. Then back to Franschhoek to taste some wine(s) and we've booked dinner again at Le Bon Vivant -- tha...
