Woke up docked at Ketchikan this morning. ..4 huge cruise ships parked end to end.Town increased by 10,000 people all at once! watched a video for our trip with lead off hit song "I'll let the timber wolf sing me to sleep" . Ketchikan lived up to its nickname as the rain capital of the world and the salmon capital of the world. Experienced plenty of both. Rained all day. Went black bear viewing today walking above them on tree ladders. Saw a mother and her 2 cubs. Got some good videos but can't send them. On our way to Juneau tonight saw humpback whales at snow pass tonight. Juneau named for a prospector named joe Juneau who won naming rights after buying drinks for the maneuvers of naming committee. Still can't figure out how to navigate the ship but getting better.
