Went in search of the rare Nilgiri Tahr mountain goat today. Had a very hairy ride up 4km of single track road in a bus as other buses tried to come past us! Good job the drivers knew what they were doing. Saw the goats, they didn't look that special actually, but are so friendly and show no fear around humans that they were nearly hunted to extinction. A bit late in starting this as wifi has been non-existent. Today we moved further away from the coast up to Munnar, a tea growing region set at 2000ft + above sea level. It's much cooler here and hopefully there are no mosquitoes to eat me. They don't seem to like Granny but they've been taking chunks out of me (see photo)- I'm sure you will all feel really sorry for me
