Hello everyone! Sorry i havn't put a blog on lately my ipad and the internet here seem to of fallen out and ive been a bit lazy from working :)
We have every Thurs and Fri off so we have had four days off so far. In these four days we have covered a lot of ground, seeing the local wonders. Such as Maligne Lake and a couple of smaller lake…
Anne Hi Jacob, So good that you are back in form with your blog writing! Had a good laugh at the speed bumps & 007 stunt :) Loved your choc addict paragraph too. Look forward to reading the next one ! Speak to you on Skype on Friday. Take care x
re: Days off and work work work!Auntie Rachel I messed up a bit on my last comment. Thought I had deleted some words. Some sentences are repeated twice just like some of your maintenance workers' orders. I guess that you have heard the international news about Sir Alex Ferguson retiring. David Moyes is their new manager. I like him. That is enough news about football, unless it is about CHELSEA! Bye for now.
re: The people we work withAuntie Rachel After your lovely remarks about your fellow colleagues, Jacob, is anyone still conversing with you? (JUST KIDDING). Are you trying to start a war with your international associates? I thought your jokes about the mosquitoes were funny. I love to squish them with my shoe too, but I clear up the mess immediately. Is the German woman pregnant, or is it a case of too many DAIRY QUEEN sundaes? Please keep us updated! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AT POCHAHONTAS! many DAIRY QUEEN sundaes? Please keep us updated! war with your international mates? (JUST KIDDING). Try to keep the peace ha ha! I thought the jokes about the mosquitoes

re: The people we work withAnne I must say again, Jacob ,I do enjoy reading your blogs they always make me laugh and I need a laugh after my awful 16 hour shift! Glad you are enjoying Jasper.
re: The people we work withAuntie Rachel WELL DONE, LAURA, for driving on the opposite side of the road!
re: photo from 04 May 2013Auntie Rachel LOVE YOUR PALACE!
re: Our place for the next few monthsAuntie Rachel Will you have time to read WAR AND PEACE on your day off!
re: The jobAuntie Rachel I LOVE DAIRY QUEEN! Have not been to one in ages, so perhaps I will join you for a nice banana split or root beer float. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE GRIZZLY BEARS. It reminds me of John Candy film THE BIG OUTDOORS (I think that is the name of the movie). The scenery looks like something in THE SOUND OF MUSIC! What nationalities are your fellow colleagues? Enjoy the BIG OUTDOORS! Hope it is not too cold. Have fun in Jasper and Hinton.
re: The jobAuntie Rachel LOVELY SCENERY!
re: photo from 04 May 2013Jane Well bless your beautiful soul! I would love to be in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers especially if Adam was there. Don't know about the Grizzles though. Perhaps you will be bursting into song so long as you don't cause an avalanche! Sounds like you are working hard and eventually going to play hard. Have a Dairy Queen for me.
re: The jobjacob22 Hi Auntie we may try water rafting if we aren't working. Yay i know they did really well it looks as though they may have a good end to the season. i hope everything is ok with you. We have been so busy with work so the blog posts may not be as frequent any more.
re: Long drive through all seasonsAuntie Rachel HOORAY FOR CHELSEA! They are in the Europa League Cup final. They beat Basel 5-2 on aggregate. Chelsea will play Benfica, because Benfica beat Fenerbahce in the other semi-final. That score is 3-2 aggregate. The final will take place in Amsterdam on May 15th. GOOD LUCK CHELSEA!
re: Long drive through all seasonsAuntie Rachel The Mazda Protege looks more like a vehicle for you. Is it driving better than the Escape? This car looks in excellent condition. Is it an automatic?
re: photo from 29 April 2013Auntie Rachel You really are enjoying yourselves, are'nt you? I know what you meant when you said about driving through McDonalds. The adventures will keep on coming. You do not have to be in Alberta to lock your car keys in. That is why we belong to AAA Roadside Assistance. Do not worry about the language barrier - I have the same problem in Florida. JUST KEEP SMILING! Are you going to try the 5-hour whitewater rafting tour on the Fraser River? Have a nice day.
