Hellooo!

Been hanging out in Manly and Sydney for about a week now, and I've had fun, but still miss you guys in Melbourne - a lot. Hope you are all well.

I've seen more of Sydney and Manly during this week I've spent here, than when I was here last time for two weeks. I've been to the Rocks, Sydney city by night, Palm beach, Dee Why, Warringah Mall, Castle Hill.. Lots of things. Yesterday I went to the Koala Park in Castle Hill to feed kangaroos and hug koalas! It was great fun. The roos were quite small and cute...and totally crazy about food hah! The Koala I was patting and hugging was really cute too. It was munching on eucalyptus tree leaves and really didnt care if I was there or not. They are amazing creatures, and they certainly know how to relax! I will put some pictures on later so you will see what I mean.

I saw Brendan at Palm beach, at the very end of the coastline with all the great beaches. I was lucky to get a ride from Anthony.( A friend of a friend I met when we went out on my second night to a farewell party. ) Remember Brendan? He was one of the guys at our "posse" in Fijiat the Coral View resort. It was great catching up. He is leaving Australia tomorrow.

Anna has been quite busy with work, but we did go out for dinner the first night and I sang some karaoke (got a nice compliment from the dj, yey!). Its amazing to see people again who ive met on my travels! Anna says hi to Silja!

Today im not sure what im going to do. I think I might look for a place to stay if im going to wait around for a few friends still, or then I'll just book my next bus trip to Newcastle. The thing is that I dont want to go up the coast too fast because its the wet season and around Townsville and Cairns its pretty bad.. Floods and cyclones lately. SoI'd rather stick around here where it is dry. In the worst case I wont use all of kilometres on my buspass... Hope it wont come to that, since it was pretty expensive.
