When we lost Jack
After a long, uneventful drive from the airport to our hostel we settled in, had a shower and hung out.
It wasn't until after our showers that me and Karen realised that Jack was missing, his room was empty and his bags were all gone! Jack is sweet but very shy so we started to freak out as South Africa is not like England you can't just go off in the day alone! We looked everywhere and called his name but still no response. By then the time was getting to 2 o clock and we still hadn't eaten any lunch! We were starving and getting more worried and inpatient. Then we decided to sort of ditch Jack .. we could not find him and we needed food!
Where we are staying has locked gates and is quite confusing around so it's quite a mission to get out and for about five minutes we were struggling. Exploring for an exitwe found a small apartment and Jack was on his bed texting! He had moved and he didn't tell us! Bless his heart! We were relieved, finally got out and went for a wonderful lunch all together!
