Monday 9th April

We've since moved to Sea Shell resort, the bonus being that as Dan's gone back to school to learn how to be a deep sea diver, we're getting free accommodation.

Diving is amazing, my instructor is a crazy French guy called Stefan, the first day was spent in class, watching videos ( the tan is seriously suffering), yesterday was the first dive just in a confined area approx 3 metres deep to go through all the skills we had learned - i get home work !! This morning was the final theory exam - passed 94 % and this afternoon we did our 1st proper dive 12 metres down for 50 mins, followed another later on again at 12 metres for 45 mins... It feels so unnatural to start with and a little scary but once you relax its incredible, i never expected to see such amazing life down there, it really is beautiful. 2 More dives tomorrow this time at 18 metres and i get my PADI Open Water License.... hoorah - check me out !!!

Whilst Dan's making friends with the fishies I have been for massages, sunbathed, read, drank . . I could get used to it but unfortunately tomorrow night we're off to our next destination so we'll update you from there ....
