Hey,

Well the flight over was LONG! luckily i slept for six hours on the first part of the flight, then three hours between hong kong and london so that was pretty good. Watched a few movies and balled my eyes out in marley and me (awesome movie if u havent seen it)! The food on the flight was wicked, we even got butter chicken. We smelt henious by the time we got to london, felt like id been on a three day bender!

We got to london about 1:30 - customs were pathetic, not even bag screening or nething, it was weird. Or maybee were just super anal in NZ.

We got to our hotel about 2:30pm had showers and Haylee and Paul came around, we were at a pub by 4pm haha. Got home about 11pm after jodie nearly fell asleep on the table (she didnt sleep on the plane).

The next day we spent from 8am til 6pm sightseeing on the big ben bus tour, it was really good and got to see most of the sights, including big ben, london eye, buckingham palace (even seen the changing of the guards accidently). In our photos the weather looks warm coz we wore shorts - IT WASNT! me and jodie made a very DUMB wardrobe choice that day.

Friday night we were meant to meet h, paul ross garney rach and g but by the time we conquered the tube to Covent Garden it was absolutely piss*ing down and we were frozen and b*****ed and just decided to flag it. Our tube ride home was an abortion - we got lost at the station we were meant to get off at and it took us an hour to find the way out. Idiots i know!

Saturday morning we went for a look up Oxford St, very good shopping but suprisingly i didnt buy nething (i will be going back there b4 i leave tho)!

Then Saturday lunch time we caught a bus to Taunton where clare had to sit beside an old lady who didnt shut up, she told her EVERYTHING about england. She even started telling clare about how they put a meat pattie in between two buns and thats a burger and they sell it at a place at mcdonalds hahahahhahaha clares like ummmm we have that at home lady! so looks like me or jod are drawing the short straw next time we get on a bus.
