Hey Everyone, finally made it to Uluru after a 3 hour flight from Cairns airport. (you can see how big Australia is when you think you can get to Spain from the UK in 3 hours!!!) There is wireless internet so I have been able to make it online to write this blog. i arrived at Uluru at 12.10pm local time (your 8 and a half hours behind me at the moment) The weather is up to 32 degrees celcius so as you can imagine it is very hot. Spending two nights here and getting up early tomorrow to go on a sunrise tour with the local Anangu people. After the sunrise tour i'll be back at the hotel for a few hours before I go on a sunset tour so i will see both sides of the rock. I'm afraid i wont be bringing any home as its unlucky and believe it or not I would like to make it home safely.

Anyways I will be putting a selection of my pictures and my videos on here in the next two or three days so you can look at all the Queensland ones and the ones I will be taking of Uluru.
