Today was a bank holiday, which was brilliant. I had a meeting at 10 with other AIESECers. We sat outside in the garden of someones house and talked. There I met Emma and her boyfriend Steven again, Iain, Dan, Hugo (from Mexico), and Christelle from California, who will be working with me in the Foundation. We did a bit of a lesson plan. I was a bit bored and when we left Ricardo drove me, Hugo and Alejandra to his quad bike place on a farm. While he was setting it up I went round and looked at all the horses. There were 3 foals, which were so cute. The farm sits high up on the mountainside and you can look down into the valley. It's such a good view. Ricardo went round first and then I sat behind him. It was really good. Then I got a chance to drive it. It was really easy to do and I picked it up really quickly.
Then Ricardo and I went to have lunch (in the restaurant, of course). I can't remember what I ate but I would say probably rice, chips and steak. I seem to have that every day.
Kathyrn (who I'd met before in the Newcastle conference) messaged me asking if we could go quad biking. I said sure :) We picked them up (Kathyrn, Allan (from Mexico) and someone else, I can't remember her name... it might be Alina. (she was really drunk)
It;'s hard to remember everyones names, there's just so many.
We arrived at the farm again and we met some of Hugo's family. They offered us beer and we sat and chilled with them. I went on the bike a few more times. Kathryn hit the tires and almost fell off.
As the sun went down they started to saddle up one of the horses to practice riding it. They gave me some crisps and the family brought their cars closer to play music. I love the music here!
I got back about 8 and the plan was to go out drinking but I was quite tired and I had to get up at half 6. I think the heat here makes me so tired.

Today I worked at the foundation with Christelle and Carlos with the boys. We did some swiss activites (Christelle is of swiss nationality, was born in USA and lives in London aha) and we made swiss passports, as well as taught English.
I realised at breakfast today that I miss english food aha. I never thought I'd say that. For breakfast I had toast with creme cheese, chocolate milkshake and a frankfurter. Also when I got home I was really looking forward to eating something nice, maybe even chicken. Instead for lunch I had soup with potatoes and chicken. It was nice but it put me off because there was a chicken heart in there. I would have tried it but I was already feeling a bit ill, and I sort of lost my appetite afer that.
I skyped Jason and chatted with him and Lolo.
In the evening Ricardo went out and I sat with his mum in the restaurant and chatted with her (as best I could). It was really nice.

Steph Sounds like you're having a lovely time outside of teaching!
