Hey everyone!! Thought we'd say first that we are fine, the revolution is happening no where near us, its mostly in Bangkok. Its effectivley a strike and is over in two weeks when new goverment takes over. Our first night on Koh Tao was quite eventful. We were in a wooden bungalow again!! However there were plenty of holes in which we spent the evening with a few lizards, plenty of spiders and thousnads of ants!!!!!!! In the morning our problems got worse as there was no water or electicity, we've heard about basic but this was ridiculous!! We moved the next day to a much, much nicer room!! Thank god!! We started our scuba diving the next day, we were fine at the theory side and got 94%!! I know, i know were very brainy!! But we didn't get it from you lot!! The practical side of things was a different matter though, we spent most of our time trashing around and swallowing water! Not as much fun as it sounds! After spending a very hard 5 hours in the pool we decided to call it a day, as we had now turned into prunes! We think we will come back to it later on. Today we went on a boat trip around Koh Tao. It was AMAZING!! We snorkelled (more our level!) with all manner of different fish, tiger fish, angel fish, saw some bueatiful coral reefs and (most importantly) swan along side SHARKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (they were only babies - about 1/2 metres - so don't be alarmed) Tomorrow we are off to another island, Koh Samui. We met a really nice couple on Bottle beach., and they have invited us to a guided tour around the island. So we'll say bye for now and keep you updated in a few days.
