Well the day has finally arrived, first stop China, the last few days have been manic, to-do lists, packing, repacking, mountains of paperwork, phone calls, repacking even more, and farewells but we are almost ready to go! :-) The rucksacks are filled, we have (hopefully) got everything that we need and we fly out this afternoon to Beijing!

I think we are both excited and its finally starting to feel real, all the planning has been leading up until today. Many thanks for the messages of support, we will try and keep up to date and reply when possible.

We will see you all in 6 months with thousands of photos and stories, keep in touch and take care!
