With packing and such out of the way, everyone loaded up for a trip to Dux Deluxe for an early lunch. The meal was a secondary to the gingerbeer and company! The better part the day was left to traveling. I got to the airport 3 hours before the flight only to be delayed an hour, but its been a long time since I've had a delayed flight so it wasn't so bad. Customs in Sydney was near perfect and Boxy was waiting for me at the airport.
We drove from Sydney to Thirroul. Its a very peaceful beachfront town close to Sydney and about 13 km from Wollongong, a town of about 115,000 km. Frankie and Boxy are about 50 metres from the beach and I have been told I can use their place as a base, so the concern about everything working out has quickly dissipated. The night was very nice. We had some drinks and caught up. They don't work in Vail anymore, so this is my only time with them. Frankie cooked a savory Korean meal and Boxy taught me how to properly hold chopsticks. The it was wine and good company the remainder of the night.
