Go the ferry over to the North of Isla Del Sol, Took about three hours.....this lake is seriously massive!!

We were told that its a 3 hour walk from the north of the island to the south and that all the hostels and stuff were on the south. . . .so it was our plan to do this walk

A 3 hour walk was alot more like a 6 hour hike.....in flip flops . . .alas the veiws were ridiculously beautiful and weather was awesome too.

We walked all day and then arrived at a little hostel ran by a bolivian lady called Sonia, she made us a huge pizza and then gave us rooms for 20 bolivianos which is less than two quid! There was no running water and the toilet was outside but the beds were comfy!

We were all so knackered but stayed on the terrace and enjoyed the veiws before heading off to sleep, really beautiful island and I am pretty sure there were more donkeys than people!

Great day . . . . .boat back to the mainland tomorrow
