Howdi from Philly!We just finished our one day trip here in philly, again beautiful weather, we arrived mid morning and found our hostel really quick, its a very studenty and tourist geared hostel whereas our one in nyc was more of a halfway house!!We first ventured out the famous rocky steps where rocky balboa runs up in the eye of tiger sequence!We then went for a tour of the east state pentitentary, an historic and now closed prison. It was quite interesting and the prisons calim to fame is that Al Capone was once a resident and we got to see his cell among other eery cells!We then strolled around the area but was has to be mentioned is the amazing lunch we had at a typical american diner, petes pizza place. We had an amazing cheesburger and fries, best we had yet!Were looking forward to our beds right now as were knackered but gotta be up early again for our trip to baltimore and then washington tomorow!
