G'day everyone- I made it after a gruelling 16 hour flight (all of which sat next to mad mental people). Mild panic attack pre flight take off, but soon overcame that once up in the air! Hardly any sleep due to lack of room and noisy people on way to singapore I was also sat next to Mr and Mrs Annoying 2010, (he was one of those who had to tell us there was turbulance and oh - look we are going through clouds... talk about over stating the obvious - continually!!!) but I had the window seat so happily made them regularly move for me hehe...

Singpaore - I met a Singaporian lady (also called Helen) who didn't speak any English but decided to throw up everywhere next to me on the plane - nice! In my true style I handed her a handy wet wipe! My good deed for the day.

Stepped off the plane and the humidity hit me! And there was also an amazing lightening storm which I had seen from the plane (it was either that of the clouds were on fire)

Finally got to the hostel and into bed approx 4am our time here - never been so excited to see a musty hamster-smelling bunkbed before!!! :-) Woke up to find my shower gel had exploded in my washbag and I had picked up a bottle of conditioner not shampoo - derr...

Its tropical heat here so I am quite happy :-). Just been for breakfast and now wondering how to spend the rest of the day as the tour starts early tomoz - yey!!! :-)
