We had breakfast at 9.30am at our resort. We both had baguette with soft cheese again.
After breakfast we relaxed by the beach then later on we used our resort's laptop to book our accommodation for Shanghai. After this we went for a walk along the main road which was very quiet, it was a hot sweaty walk, especially when we got out of the sea beeze.
We stopped off at the 'Le Cap Breton' restaurant for lunch.
This was a French/Vietnamese restaurant near our resort. We shared the prawns, mango spring rolls with orange sauce dip. This was amazing. Jay had the 'Complete' Galette with ham, cheese and egg. This was like a rye wheat pancake. Helen had the ham cheese Galette. It was a tasty dish.
On the way back to our resort, Jay bought a couple of cans of 'Bivina' beer from a local convenience store .This was a Vietnamese beer brewed in Ho Chi Minh City. 3.8% alcohol and was very tasty. It cost 8000 VND (23p) per can, one of the cheapest beer Jay has had.
At our resort, Helen had a pot of New Zealand forest berry natural frozen yoghurt which was very tasty. We also shared garlic bread, it was delicious with alot of garlic. After relaxing for a bit at our resort, we napped for a couple of hours and when we woke up we booked a tour for our last day in Phu Quoc Island so that we could see the island a bit more. We had dinner next door to our resort at the 'Paris Beach resort', Jay had the Hanoi BBQ pork and Helen had caramel fish marmite with steamed rice. It was a very tasty dinner.
After dinner we walked along the main road to the ATM to get cash out to settle our bill for our stay at the resort.
