We then met back up at 12 30 to do our deep dive. In this we had to a narcosis test which is where you get asked a maths question at 30m to make sure the nitrogen isn't effecting you because due to the pressure it has a laughing gas effect on you as you go to deep deep waters and can get dangerous if your not thinking straight! It also effects/kicks in for different people at different depths but luckily we were all okay at 30m and got the right answer compared to on land where I got my practice question wrong!
We then swam round a sunken US navy ship and went through the corridors under the top deck which was fun/scary.
And for our final dive in the evening we did it in the pitch black. This was to see the sea in a completely different way because at night while most the fish were sleeping, the barracudas, stingrays and other hunting fish were awake and out! We took one torch down each to find our way.
I didn't panic once or get scared throughout the dive till the last 5 mins where my air was running really low and I got a bit upset! Was a great experience though!
