So we're back again!! Stayed in a nice homely little hostel with some of my bus friends, well one bus friend and three other British girls who were a bit weird ( by that I mean a bit too organised and anal about things - they reminded me of 3 mini mothers)
We did a few touristy things including a short montain hike and a look at the old Olympic stadium, this is where I saw one of the most amazing things of my life- as we were walking there it beings to literally CHUCK it down (seriously english rain is like spitting sompared to this) so we're basically wading ithrough pools of water in feirce rainy winds and manage to find shelter in a bus stop. After the rain has cleared we prepare to set off , but this is when (for no good reason) I glancebehind me and see a weird cloud, oh no sorry a TORNADO- It can only be one thing!! We start to plan for shelter as it appears to move towards us but it then dissapates as soon as real panic starts to set in. The next day the tornado was on the front page of all the news papers. It's the biggest of its kind in 20 years or so, but luckly no one was hurt.
