TUESDAY 22ND FEBRUARY Myself and Casey got up at the crack of dawn to move onto Boca Brava as the pictures showed clear seas, golden sands and lots of snorkelling. It didnt quite work out like that as the island is on an estuary so the waters were very tidal and silty and the only golden sand around had to be accessed by boat as they were on another island. SATURDAY 19TH FEBRUARY Oh my lord, what a hangover! it was not helped with a seriously hot day and a long journey from the islands by water taxi and a cramped and overheated long minibus journey through windy mountain roads to Lost and Found ecolodge followed by a long uphill hike to the lodge. WEDNESDAY 16TH FEBRUARY Waking up to rain in this tropical paradise was horrible but luckily it cleared and we all set off on an hours trek to North Beach where we were going to try and fish for dinner.
