First stop in the Netherlands was at the cheese and clog shop. We learnt how their farm cheese was made, saw the cows and cowlings just like the ones back home. Arrived at 1 rushed some amazing lunch down. Went canyoning which is like a mix of abseiling waterfalls cliff jumping and rock sliding. From the Vatican we were bound for Venice. Arrived at 7 found our little shack rooms and Had an 8pm dinner of wine salad bread of course followed by gnocchi and chili pasta which was all fantastico.
