Arrived at 1 rushed some amazing lunch down.
Went canyoning which is like a mix of abseiling waterfalls cliff jumping and rock sliding. It was a mission getting the layers of wetsuits on but flip I'm glad we got there in the end cos that canyon water came straight down from the alps and man was that water nippy.
Had a whole heap of fun canyoning. Our instructors english wasnt that good either which added to the fun of it all. There were some really beautiful natural sights from tirol. Most fun was jumping off the 8 meter ledge where we had to run and jump to clear the ledge and tree stump below. Emily in true form only just missed the rocks, showing a tendency for liking the near death experiences. All ended well though.
Wriggled our way out of our wetsuits and were dropped back off at our accommodation.
Arrived in time for group photo outside in the back yard which happened to have the Austrian alps in the background.
A succulent BBQ pork dinner followed this. Sampled some austrian shnapps and beer to wash it all down with.
After stuffing out bellies we decided to have a bit if a run through the fields. Was a bit of a sound of music moment really but without the singing out loud.
Almost had a bon fire however the lady put it out as it was putting off too much smoke. They're a very clean and green country and aren't allowed to put out any toxins into the atmosphere or chuck out food scraps that are biodegradable.

Random Austrian fact:
red bull originated from here. And apparently they like red bill-coke combo as they sell it in cans over here. Emily tried it.
