Day 12- Woke to a beautiful sunny, cloudless day. Mike went running up the hills around las gallinas street, trying to spot coyotes! We all drove into the Golden Gate Bridge to walk over. It was busy with walkers and cyclists. We had a perfect clear views of the city, the water was beautifully blue, no a cloud in the sky. Once we reached the other side we drove down to the old military houses near the discovery museum, Gavin took photos of the cousins then they played catch with a pine cone. There weren't many tourists down there, lovely views of the city and the bay. Came home and Spoke to Di, Wayne and Tom via face time, was so clear, almost like they were there with us. Rang and spoke to Mum before Lisa and I made a pavlova and Bon bons. Went to mass at Aislings church, before heading out to Chris and Maria Kimbles, in San Rafael, not far from the main city centre. Had a wonderful night eating crab and ravioli, and drinking red wine and catching up with the Devitts and meeting some new faces. Everyone is so hospitable and we felt very welcome- Christmas in the wintertime is pretty special.
