Today was a travel day, enough said.We traveled from Florence to Rome, which was a surprisingly short trip.We stopped at a little town on a cliff.It was neat.That night we had our welcome dinner at the hotel and it was great!After that we had "game night", which is one of my all time favorite things to do!We played catchphrase (until the batteries died), mofia, and signs.They were wonderful!!It was nice to have a relaxing but crazy fun night in!

WE DIDN'T HAVE CLASS THIS MORNING!!!!So we had a bible study instead.We looked at a bunch of verses about being in the world not of the world.We focused on the fact that loving the world and flirting with is being a enemy of God.It was super convicting and something that I really need to work on.It was really encouraging to have so many people at our bible study this morning.We had 5 girls and 3 boys!!! Today was a much more boring day.We started out with class? which was actually pretty hilarious because a considerable amount of the class was still drunk from the night before.One of the girls got the hickups right in the middle of class.Then we went to the Santa Maria del Carmine, a church/museum.We had to watch a video before we actually got to walk around the museum.I assumed that the video would a 5 minute intro or maybe even 15, but boy was I wrong.I think ...

Today was my first day in Florence!And surprise surprise? no internet!!Our hotels just get worse and worse.This one is pretty ghetto.The shower is the in the middle of the bathroom, in between the sink and the toilet.There is no tub or definite borders, and the shower curtain only goes around about 2/3 of the general shower area.Needless to say, it's interesting.Even though this hotel is the least nice, it is one of my favorites so far.Everyone is on the same hal...
