Dela (rhino) sat again today, also bought the daily mail on my kindle so had a little catch up with the UK news...which was not much! Definitely getting more confident with Dela. I love her!

Jo, Lula the squirrel's other mummy left today, so I have a room to myself! It's pretty luxurious. Though I have to do all the lula feeds through the night now (9pm, 12pm, 3am, 6am) which is pretty tiring, but I don't mind because I love my baby. Definitely getting more confident with Dela. Determined to have her sleeping on my lap before I leave!

Went on a boat trip along the Blyde river today. It was nice, stunning views. Got lots of scenery photos. Afterwards we went to look at the Blyde Dam. It was pretty impressive, really picturesque.

After dinner today we noticed water pouring out of Bullet (cheetah)'s enclosure. There was a burst water pipe. He probably bit into it. Poor guy's paws were very soggy. He was paddling a little bit. The rangers fixed it though so it was ok.

We went to rescue a crocodile which had wandered too far away from the watering hole. He was about 3 1/2 metres long. A man who works with crocodiles for a living came and tranquilized him using a long pole with the needle on the end. We all gathered around to watch. He assured us that the croc would not run anywhere, but it was still pretty scary to stand around it when it was fully awake.
