Hey everyone, Just a quick note to let you know that we are off tomorrow (tuesday). Had a pretty big week last week. Went down to Valencia on Tuesday for the night to catch Pip and Sharron - had a fantastic time. Great to see them, never thought that I would have had that chance! Watch team NZ win their second race! Buzzing atmosphere! It seems that we have gone downhill since then though....Valencia wasnt really whay I expected either, really stunk. Gregor finally finished work on Wednesday last week so arrived back in London on Thursday. Pip and Sharron were in London for the day on Friday. We meet them at the airport - Pip wasnt too happy about the car that was found loaded with bombs at Picadilly. We avoided there!!! Had a stunning lunch at "The Providors" in Marlybone - was pretty pricy but Gregor got to have his favoirite beer....Speights!! Well worth it! Was sad to say goodbuy to Pip and Sharron too. I cant believe we are a third way through our trip! Feels like it has barely started! Watched us lose the rugga at the Putney Walkabout with Chris McIlwrick, Hayden, Fran, Georgie, Amy, CJ etc. Starting drinking at 10.30am never really has a good end result - we managed to stay out until 4am! Pretty tired yesterday though. We have a motel in London at the mo, splashed out for two nights as we probably are going to be in a tent for the next four months. Really looking forward to getting this trip on the road though. We seem to be organised now, the van isnt really what I was expecting but will have to make the most of it!!
