Great flight 2 hours very comfortable flight and very nice plane lots of room thumbs up for Qatar Airways
Jumped taxi straight to train station from airport tickets purchased for overnight and morning ferry hopefully we will be in Koh Tao about 0845 Xmas Eve very small island so may not have Internet hopefully we do :)
Train and ferry ticket decent value £20 each arrived at Chumphon train station 0635 then straight on to coach for 15 min ride to pier where we boarded high speed catamaran which will have us in koh Tao for 0830 and we will have finally reached paradise for Xmas long journey not too bad apart from ice cold air con on the train.
Catamaran journey very bouncy but weather really hot now 30 :)
Finally arrived at koh tao @ 0845 not bad considering we have done plane, train and boat and car in less than 16 hours :)
Off to explore this magnificent island and have some breakfast no Bho Po now we are not in Vietnam :(
Will get some pictures ASAP if I can find net
