Had another long lie today, very relaxing! Was nice weather so had breakfast outside on our wee bench. Daphney the duck came along and got some bread so she was quite chuffed with that! Felt a bit sorry for her as she had a limp so she got half a slice of bread. Went a walk along Sandspit, some really nice houses! Then went back and got sonny bill ( car )and went a bit further afield. Went along to a wee bay and took some fotos. The tide was in tho so unfortunately we couldn't walk on the beach! Was a small concrete bit we stood on for photos lol! Then went along to snells beach and walked along there. It was really nice, again there was some great houses at the front! All glass and would be great views. The beaches are nothing like back home. There is no litter at all, very clean and well kept! Nothing like ardrossan beach anyway lol! Went to supermarket for tea, just got pasta and headed back to cabin. Watched more tv and had tea. Then we phoned Niamh as it was her 5th birthday today, think she was glad to hear from us although she was getting ready to head to school! Can't believe she's 5 already, how time flies! Updated blog as well as the mums had been giving us into trouble for that! Then bed! Weather was nice today, seems to be getting nicer. It's summer over here from about middle/end of November so will be getting nicer all the time hopefully!
