Left greymouth today and made our way up to Nelson, which is the north of the south island! It was a lovely day and warm which was a wee change for us! Took a wee while but we stopped at a place to see the pancake rocks, which are rock formations that look liked stacked pancakes ( as the name suggests lol)! Got some good photos there then drove for another few hours and stopped at a wee place for a drink and cake. We sat outside it was so nice and there was a school next to us, kids were outside doing pe but it was a little different from back home! They were all lying doing sit ups and they must've only been about 7 or 8! left and started journey to Nelson again. We put a scotland flag up on the front of the campervan and since then we have noticed that so many people have been waving and flashing their lights! It's great! Got to Nelson about 5pm, got a campsite then went into town for some dinner. Just went to lone star and also watched rugby. Came back to campervan and there was lots of ants in the kitcheny bit! There was a bag of crisps left out so we thought it must've been that, killed them and fingers crossed they won't be back! Bedtime!
