Day 4 28/03/06 Went to the gym, then joined in with some locals in a game of beach football............well I certainly impressed them by running around like a looney for 5 mins so much so I was sick :o(((((((((( played on for until the gaem ended and I must have done something right as they have invited me back this evening, but am going out on a party in Rio evening, which I think might be a mini carnival sort of thing, fingers crossed :o) xxx
