My purse was a victim of an attempted kidnapping!!!

So Niki & I arrived in Barcelona at 7:30 this morning safe and sound. It took us about an hour to find our hotel and when we finally did, it weas too early to check in. So they allowed us to store our baggage and we decided to go for a Spanish coffee. After this we wondered over to a restaurant with a nice patio for a drink and lunch. We were just finishing our drinks and Niki had to use the washroom. So as I was sitting there a man who looked completely normal tapped me on the shoulder and was asking me something in a different language. Little did I know he was just trying to distract me while his partner in crime stole my purse that was sitting on the chair next to me!! Luckily, somethinbg told me to turn my head and caught the other man walking off with my purse. I jumped out of my seat and literally out of my shoes and ran after the man barefoot screaming "You F----- Guy!" I guess I must have scared the crap out of him ´cause he throw my purse and ran off!! It´s a good thing too because I had all my ID, passport money & credits cards in my purse. Since we hadn´t checked in yet, we couldn´t put our stuff in the lockbox . LOL!!! I´ve read the stories but didn´t think it was that bad! Anyways, lesson learned, I´m guarding my purse and not speaking to anyone!!!!! LOL

After this we decided to hit up the beach. Niki & I hadn´t slept really on the plane so we both passed out on the beach - soooo relaxing.

So now we´re gonna go for dinner and then off to Opium Nightclub on the beach
