MORNING!!!!!! Well it is for me!!! About 11.30 there I think, so night night....very excited, Liam just text and I received it YAY!!!!! That means the internationals are obviously coming through again!!! Lovely to hear from lovely Liam :-)

So, I left you Saturday......We spent the evening chilling round Darling Harbour....sorted the bank stuff with Dad (phew!!), and had an early one....

Sunday....got up and sorted my trip to Brisbane with Uncle Nick, I leave here on Monday 9th and head North....and then spoke to Ros, Tam's sister, who suggested we went for lunch.... had a lovely afternoon Sunday, Ros took me to Manly (famous beach), it was really nice to get out of the city...we drove across the bridge...trying not to look like a pure tourist...I tried to ignore it!!! Ros said, "you know we are on the bridge now!!" I was like "I know, VERY exciting just didn't wanna show it!!!!" LOL!!!! Manly is gorgeous, we had lunch and walked along the beachfront, paddled a bit, had a drink and came home..... had a lovely time...thanks Ros and Tam :-)...

Got back and went for some more food with Anj!!!! Not thinking the travelling will slim me down in fairness!!! lol!!! Went to an italian in The Rocks which was lovely....got back to the Backpackers and theguys were all upstairs, anyway, we ended staying upstairs until about 2am and Mark said he wanted to watch Tottenham and Man U in the Carling Cup Final....so off we went to Cheers on Geroge Street and watched teh match....it is a Tottenham bar so you can imagine the atmosphere was killed by the end....so bed about 5.30am on Monday!!!!

Determined not to waste the whole day, we got up and went to Hyde Park, The Domain, The Botanical Gardens, The Art Gallery and walked across the Harbour Bridge!!!! Came home and slept!!!!!! The parks were truly gorgeous, and in the Botanicals if you check out the pics, you can see the fruit bats hanging, they were kinda cute but kinda bizarre at the same time!!!!

We then booked a tour to The Blue Mountains....I said to Anj "If they ain't Blue I will want my money back!!!"......well I wasn't disappointed.......there is a blue haze caused by the eucalyptus oil in the air that truly makes them have a blue hue.....gorgeous.....the whole day was filled with breathtaking views of the mountains and spectacular waterfalls.....loved every minute of it......I fed a parrot too which was wicked...helped me get over my new found fear of birds....I forgot to mention this the other day.....when we ere at Darling Harbour, the day we did the Chinese Gardens.....we were hungry, Anj found this restaurant that did a lunchtime special for 14 bucks (approx 7 pound), I was like "no, too expensive let's get something cheaper!!!" I know, I know get me.....but for those that know me well, I should have known no bargains ever work out for me, I am just one of life's "pay full pricers!!!" So we go into a food hall and I get 2 slices of Pizza and a can of drink for 7 bucks (about 3.50), well pleased with myself, we go outside and sit overlooking the harbour....and thats where it happened....I had taken a couple of bites of one slice and as I put it on my plate a SEAGULL came and stole it from my plate and about a million others then squalked (not sure if thats how you spell it) around it and ate it all up!!!! I was in shock.....everyone was looking at us.....and all I could think was that it will have touched the other bit too - YUCK!!!!! So I put that bit in the bin and go back into the food hall...not quite believing what the little monkey and done......My one saving grace, I had loaded it up with chilli flakes haha, that will teach them!!!!! So moral of the story just go for the 14 bucks deal, because I then needed to buy something else anyway!!!!!

So another early night last night (well midnight is early here!!!), and here we are Wednesday already....we were trying to go to Melbourne today to see Vanessa but the flights went from $82 to over $300 in the space of about 30 mins so not happening, maybe next week.....will do my best to get a visit in there for sure.....

Hopefully going to get a busout to Bondai beach today so will let you know how that goes next time.....
