Today I came home from school to find an abundance of mail waiting for me. I was so excited! As I began reading my letters, the gate rang. My host mom asked me to answer the gate, and when I did, I met the delivery man with an enormous bouquet of roses and stargazer lilies. I was even more surprised that they were for me. :)

When Kathryn came home we ventured out to Parque Prinicipe to go for a stroll along the paths.Kathryn and I met up with Sean and Andrew to spend the afternoon meandering about the park.We drive past the park every morning as we go to school so we figured it would be nice to actually see it up close. It was a beautiful day and a lot of people had the same idea.We saw lots of families outside, people playing guitar and an abundance of tiny, tiny dogs without their owners, which seems to be a common theme.

We don't have any big plans for this weekend, but are looking forward to our excursions to Cordoba and Granada next week!
