Spent today in Delhi and what an eye-opener! Cows walking the streets, stray dogs everywhere and so many poverty stricken people and children. We met with our group for a briefing session and then headed off in our different directions. Kate and I caught an autorickshaw (a motorized rickshaw) to connaught place to see the bazzars. However it took is 3 hours back to our hotel, 3 autorickshaws and 2 rickshaws as there are 5 Ashokas and it is not in the Indian culture not to be able to help so even if they don't know where it is they will pretend they do! Oh and several stops at shops as the drivers get tokens if they can get you into them!!!! What an adventure!
