hey everyone! thought you'd got rid of didnt you! no just distracted by bangkok life!! yes i eventually got here, bit of an epic journey but then when arent they all!! even getting to the bus stop from my riverside hut in khao sok was trumatic! they very nicely told me they could give me a lift the 2 miles up to main road, fabulous!! so with huge backpack and smaller one on front i wander up to road to be greeted by what can only be described as a 12 year old on a motorbike!  i dont do motorbikes! if it hasnt got at least 3 wheels its well just plain stupid!! but without any other option i endured the 5 minute horror ride whilst simultaneously trying not to fall off or drop my bags! quite a feat!! dont worry mum it wont make me change my opinion on bikes any time soon!!  so after that the local bus (again why is it i always seem to be the only western person on these things?) and then the 12 hour sleeper "VIP" bus, think that term means different things to different countries!!! mine meant squeezing in next to a snoring isreali for 12 hours trying to maintain feeling in all my extremities!! is everything in this country designed for asian bums by the way or am i getting paranoid!!

anyway i'm here i'm chilling and at some point i will actually do more than read and wander around and actually go and see some of the temples etc!! honestly i wont just buy postcards!! really!!!! anyway i'll let you know if i ever do! love to everyone and thanks for the emails and messages guys :o)  xx
