Good morning middle of the Adriatic Sea! Woke up on the deck after somehow swapping sleeping positions with Zara mid way through the night - it was surprisingly more comfortable than the metal chairs we were sleeping on. Aim and Zara said it got pretty cold in the middle of the night but I was sweet as in my sleeping bag - even woke up sweating at one stage! Lazed around the deck all day; napping, reading, swimming - all very relaxing. Tried to avoid stares of creepy Greek/Italian men. Aimee even woke up at one stage with one sitting about 2m from her watching her sleep! Arrived in Corfu about 11pm and called the Pink Palace to see where we should wait to get picked up; lady told us to watch for a van that would be brown....or grey....or white...She then called again to say she had sent the brown van, ten minutes later grey van shows up! Upon arrival at the Pink Palace, which even at this time of night was an eyesore, were presented with pink Ouzo shots...vom vom vom. Zara, assuming it was watered down as it was pink, knocked it back in one only to realize it was very strong and burnt like hell! Then it was our first of many encounters with Andreas - the crazy, sleazy, quad bike driving Greek who showed us to our ice chamber (super powered AC) room down by the beach.
