To start with, we had no luck with the crab pots! One of Pop's sausages was missing though! Last night was freezing cold. We went to bed with lots of layers of clothing on. We left Mildura at 8:30 this morning and the journey began with us doing some Maths work in the car. Along the way, we saw olive trees, wineries, grapes, Murray River, dead kangaroos, pink galahs, beautiful cottages and gigantic sprinklers. We were inspected at the quarantine station, luckily we didn't have any fruit and veggies. We arrived at Port Augusta at about 2:30, quickly set up and went for a long walk. We walked into town over an old, wooden bridge and did the Heritage Walk. We saw lots of old buildings but we could not find anywhere to buy prawns! We will definitely get some seafood at Streaky Bay tomorrow.
